We are a non-profit art gallery in Kernersville, not taking any commission on art sales so that local artists can more easily connect with the public, and so that great local art can be purchased for less.  All work is for sale, and 100% of all art sales go directly to the artist.

What is the Affinity Gallery?

You can read about us in the Greensboro News & Record’s GoTriad Section here.

The Affinity Gallery started as the brainchild of several members of Kernersville Community Church, looking for a way to help local artists and art consumers to more easily connect.  The church has decided to donate its building to the public by converting its interior hallways into a dedicated publicly-accessible gallery space.

Kernersville Community Church continues to operate inside the building, alongside the public art gallery.  The building now serves two functions, as seen on Sunday mornings when the church service is going on in the auditorium, and the gallery is open to the public.

As demand for local art rises in the community, we will expand our operating hours beyond Sunday mornings, but always keeping a volunteer staff.  All of the work is for sale, and all money goes directly to the artist—we do not take any commission.

Our purpose in this is purely to serve the artists and to help get artists connected with art lovers in the Triad, so the gallery does not operate to make a profit.
